The products this machine can make:

One: Equipped with two drilling heads and one tufting head, large applicable scope, high-speed processing and high yield;

Two: This machine can produce many different kinds of brushes or brooms which have different filling angles, by changing specific platform;

Three: Equipped with two high speed drilling heads: hole diameter from Φ3.0mm up toΦ6.0mm, and tufting tools from min.Φ3.0mm up to Φ6.0mm;

Four: Hair by: round nails or flat nails;

Five: Three types of platform can be chosen as followes:

1. Platform for radial, parallel and radial/parallel tufted brushes

2. Platform for bowl brushes and semi-spherical brushes

3. Platform for rollers and hair brushes

Six: PLC and Touch Panel Control System of Man-Machine, displays in either Chinese and English, simple to understand;

Seven: Allow to save as 1000 procedure and easy for the creation of new models;

Eight: Wearing parts and spare parts are standardized designs to reduce hair mechanic technology dependence;

Nine: Our machine can produce either one colour or two colour brush, and also drill or tuft separately.
