Threaded tube exhaust heat steam boiler

It is a kind of nature-circulation waste heat boiler. Water from soften water tank passes through pump and reaches the water room of the boiler. The water absorbs heat in the boiler generating evaporator and the mixture was separated in the boiler. The evaporator may be directly sent to user.

Each waste heat boiler is composed of inlet smoke box, outlet smoke box, thread tube sets, accessories and etc

Thread tubes are specially processed for pipe threaded line inside of the tube. Smoke will rotate when through it, thus strengthening the heat transfer. These can reduce heated area of the boiler, so reducing the boiler size and weight.
