The total processing is automatic or semi-autotic. The line is composed of

1) Water treatment based one RO or UF plus Ozone disinfection system
2) bottle Unscrambler( manual or automatic)
3) Water filling machine( rinsing,filling and capping)

4) Date and code inkjet printing machine
5) Label sleeve machine
6) Packing machine
7) PET Blowing machine( semi-automatic or automatic)
8) Conveyor belt
9) other
10) The capacity is 4000-20000BPH for 500ML usually

The solutions as follows:

1) RO desalination system plus Ozone disinfection system, the material is SS304 usually. It is automatic operation. RO membrane is Made in DOW ,USA. High pressure pump is made in Grundfos. PLC is Mitsubishi or Siemens or Schneider

2) Water bottling machine, it is 3-in-1 monoblock, the capacity is 2000-4000BPH,5000-7000BPH,8000-10000BPH,12000-15000BPH,13000-15000BPH, 16000-20000BPH, 21000-25000BPH, 26000-30000BPH

The connecting part with water is SS316L

The whole control is PLC controlling

3) Label shrinkable inserting machine,it is 150BPM,200BPM,250BPM,300BPM. It is composed of conveyor,Label cutting part, Label shrinking part,conveyor and control system

4) PE film shrink-wrapping machine, it is 8-12Bag/Min, 24 bottle in 330ML,500,600ML. 12 bottle in 750ML,1000ML. 6 bottle in 1000ML,1500ML
