before install the tuck in device, we should know the operating principle,basicpoints and the way for adjusting of the scissor

1,Operating principle :it is at the opening status of both scissor and the weftyarn holder. the weft yarn will enter the point of the opening entrance,the weftyarn holder will hold the yarn first,and then the scissor will cut off the weft yarn,finally the tuck in will tuck the selvedge edge.All operating process is finished bydoing swing action forth and back among four sets of cam structure inside the tuck in device two pieces of scissor shaft drive,one tuck inshaft.

2,the function of the scissor installation is every time when finishing the task of cutting weft,the size of the opening mouth came through adjust to dinsh .weft yarn holder is to hold the weft yarn ,it's holding degree is adjusting suitability according to the yarn count and the tapes of the weaving products which though in order to make the scissor cut the weft yarn to finsh the tuck inprocess.
