The vulcanization equipment is safe and reliable ,the interlock device is the first element to ensure the high quality food.The equipment can be heated by electricity ,steam and heat transfer oil.Before the equipment running ,you can adjust pressure , temperature and time on the control panel.

Vulcanizing tank pressure:0.5~0.6Mpa

Automatic complete pressure:0.7~0.8Mpa

Packet envelope pressure:0.4Mpa

Working time of the packet envelope :Automatically start when the temperature reach 100°C and the pressure reach 0.48Mpa.

Operation:After manual closed the door,The vulcanization tank’s quick open door motor source is connected,press the door close button,then the vulcanization tank begin to enter the self-control state.
