PRODUCTION DESCRIPTION:

QBG lightweight plate feeder, HBG medium-sized feeder and HZBG medium-heavy sized feeder are widely used in the industry of miner, metallurgy and kiln, by the storage bin or hopper to feeding or transport continuous and uniform all kinds of bulk materials to the crusher ,conveyor and other working machine. This feeder has two ways to install: horizontal and canted, the biggest dip of upward transport is 25°. The groove boards are combined by double Arc, have no materials disperse and leak.

QBF lightweight plate feeder is suit for convey the bulk materials and lump materials that the granularity is below 160mm, the loose density no more than 1000Kg/m³and the temperature no more than 300°C.

HBG medium-sized plate feeder is suit for convey the bulk materials and lump materials that the loose density no more than 2400Kg/m³,lump weight no more than 500Kg and the temperature no more than 300°C.

HZBG medium heavy sized plate feeder is suit for convey the bulk materials and the lump materials that the loose density no more than 3000Kg/m³, lump weight no more than 800Kg, and the temperature no more than 300°C.
