Main parts of machine

Reactor:

1. The gear is separated from reactor, instead of welding on reactor. So it will not be destroyed by heating.

2. The reactor is supported in a centre line by rollers. It will remain stable while running.

3. Auto-welding, both inside and outside.

4. Made by special boiler plate Q245R/ Q345R. Security and long service life.

5. Made by rock wool insulation board. Save fuel and ensure heating effect.

Oil-water separator

1. Water from raw material will be separated here.

2. Water sealing design prevent tempering. Ensure safety.

3. Heavy oil will be collected here.

Cooling system

1.Coil cooling system : there are 22 pipes lied in the water pond, oil gas can be cooled , and high oil yield .

2.Condensers: we supply 3 condensers, each has 44 pipes inside the condensers.

Dust removal device:

1. Dispose of flue gas caused by heating reactor using coal, wood, oil or natual gas.

2. Environment protection.

3, Guarantee period for equipment (including accessories) is 2 year.(Except personal factor damage and quick wear -part). 3>long life: hot-blast stove is long life, but not energy-saving, its consumption of energy is much greater than the repair costs of furnace. direct fired reactor is energy-saving but short life. it is a contradiction. we resolved this conflict by thickening steel plate reactor of fire approach part which oxidized extremely, so we generally use the 14mm, 16mm, 18mm thickness of steel plate, or12mm stainless steel plate, other slow oxidation parts use 12mm thickness plate(20G), not only energy, but long life.
