1. Application

The machine for blankets, carpet, towels, coral velet fabric, and cotton, polyester, blended fabric printing or drying aftre washing with a loose style. To avoid staining fabric, get a good shrinkage, excellent dimensional stability and feel.

2. Technical features

1) Modular mix of products and process according to different requirements, any combination of machine processes.

2) Nominal width: 1600-4300mm according to users’ requirements.

3) Oven number: 4,5, 6, 8 and so on, Modular combination.

4) Operation temperture: 100-135°C (steam), 100-180°C (thermal oil), set the temperature controlled device

5) AC variable frequency synchranous drive, PLC programmable control. Machine speed: 10-50m/min under the process set.

6) Single or multilayer, using special wide teflon mesh belt can be single or multi fabrics to run, very efficient.

7) Net with automatic tensioning, autocorrection, fault alarm, correcting correction using aerodynamic, stable and reliable.

8) Belt spary duct: a specially designed nozzle up and down two bias to run a wavy fabric forward.
