Cooling tower is designed to be high efficient and save water,it is the huge advance in industry.We adopt Fibre-reinforced plastic as the materials of cooling tower,which have the most advandage is that it is light and durable, meanwhile can be resisting corrosion.

It is widely used in plastic,electronics,food,textile,chemicals,packing industrialand so on.

Our crossflow cooling tower have three types towers for your choice:

1.General square crossflow cooling tower

2.ultra low noise square crossflow cooling tower

3.Single motor square crossflow cooling tower

II . parts description

1. Cooling capacity ranges from 80 to 200 M3/h, relevant refrigeration ton is from 100 to1200.
2. Body: made of FRP which is durable and resisting ultraviolet radiation no less 5years service life.

3. Fan: adopt AL alloy material with twist and pitching blade, so the fan can works at an equal speed, a low self moving pressure, an energy-saving use and a low noise. Fixing angle of blade is changeable to meet the work demands and improve the efficiency.
4. Motor: Special electric motor with whole sealed cooling tower. (mostly 380V/3φ /50HZ)

5. Fill:made of transparent pvc material

6. Distribution: With rotating pipe model

7. Structure: All structure be treated with rust-removing, hot dipped galvanized Steel.
