Main Features:

• Adopttotally sealing structurewith good property of moisture-proofing
• Majorized design by computer with reasonable structure,light dead-weight, strong attraction force and low energy consumption
• The energizing coils are processed by special technology to improve the electrical property and mechanical property.Heat-resistant gradeof insulating material reachesgrade Cwith long service life
• Rated power-on sustaining rateof normal type electromagnet is increased from 50% to60%,which improves the efficiency of the electromagnet
• High temperature type electromagnet adopts unique method ofheat protection, the temperature of the attached materials is increasedfrom 600 °C to 700 °C, which expands application range of the electromagnet
• Simple and convenientinstallation, operation and maintenance

Application:

• Specially designed for lifting and transporting steel plate ofmedium-thickness.Considering possible bending and deforming may affect safe transportation when liftinglong steel plate, pleaseuse the combination of several electromagnet. As tomedium-thickness steel plate(6mm~32mm),thespace length of electromagnets is 3~4m, the space length of extension parts of both ends is half of the space length.
• Safe, accurate and simpleoperation
• According to lifting pieces, the series is divided intotype 350 and type 400

** Type 350 is suitable formedium-thickness plate factory, ship building factory, and machinery manufacturing factory, it adopts magnet regulating control method, and can lift one piece or certain pieces of steel plate

** Type 400 is suitable for transportingas many as possible pieces at a time. According to customer's requirement , we also can design and manufacture high temperature type products which used for lifting and transporting steel plate below 700°c.
