Technical Requirements:
1. Equipment used mechanical polishing, inner surface should be polished to 300MESH, outer surfacre should be welded joint, legs should be polished to 240MESH and Appearance using 2b.
2. Each tank has the leakage test for half an hour.If it has a jacket, after the successful test of a hydraulic test by inner tank, and then filling the insulation and fixing the outer jacket.
3. All welding is in accordance with the standard of JB/T4736-1997/JB/T4709-2000.
4. The welding structure type and size is in accordance with the standard of HG20583-1997.The flange welding according to relevant provisons of the standard of flange, The fillet weld leg size according to the thickness of a sheet.
5. The verticality is 1/400 between the flange flange agitator mounting surface and the axis of container.
6. All the leakage fillet weld should be ground smooth , butt weld should be polished to parallel and level with the base metal , all nozzles should be flanging and rounded Off.
7. All loose joint using the standard thread of SMS.
8. The hole of flange bolt should be equispaced 0°~180° with the main/vertical line of the relative equipment
9. When the equipment is for hydraulic pressure test,it should control the contect of chlorine ion under 25mg/l in the water, and then which should be removed immediately.
