1.Low-noise: Jinlings JN series use high-quality motors, super low-noise fans, patented protective cover, water-regulator and noise-eliminator for distribution tray, and honey-comb is designed specially for fill. Put in practice, Jinlings has much lower noise than its competitors, and its even 5 dB (A) lower than the international standards at least.

2.Use of NSK / NTN bearings, which is more durable and indefectible; as well as Japans MITSUBOSH V-belt, which is of high strength, wearable and durable. Jinlings patent outside-equipped auto-insert lubrication device could be added per our customers request.

3.Fill.: With the latest innovative work of JinLing designer, fill here is made by vacuuming PVC which is ultraviolet radiation-free and anti-chemical erosion. The size of unit fill could be up to 2400mm1250mm; High-rigidity, low resistance and good thermal performance could be reached when assembled.

4.Body structure is made of fine angle iron and trough iron; All the structures are Hot-dip galvanized to protect them against corrosion, which contributes cooling towers duration. This anti-erosion process has passed Britains BS ENISO1461:1999 standard.

5.The production process is under strict control and guarantee of ISO9001 and ISO14001.

6.JN series have passed thermal test in thermal performance test lab which is setup according to CTI standard code.
