The Working Principle of Spray Cooling Machine: When fruit juice beverage enters the spray tunnel after finished hot filling and sealing, the water uniformly sprays on the bottle body under the function of high-pressure pump. In the front 2 meters,taps spray hot water,so that get the sterilization purpose,the bottles move slowly in the chain. When they are out of the tunnel,in the following 2 meters,the taps spray cool water,so that they can reach the normal temperature, thus achieving the purpose of cooling. Or fruit juice beverage enters the sterilization tunnel after finished hot filling and sealing, to achieve the high temperature sterilization the second time.
