Sand Washing Machine Working Principle:

During work,the impeller is rotating by motor through V-belt,reducer and the slow down of the gear.Dinas is rolling in the tank-washer from feeder by the power of impeller.And they are grinding each other to remove the impurities on the surface while break the vapor layer which is covered on the dinas .Thus it is good for dehydration.Meanwhile water is added to create a strong water flow in order to take away the impurities and small proportion ,which is discharged from the export of washing tank.So the cleaning is finished.Clean dinas is taken away by the blade and into the discharge chute.So the cleaning of dinas is completed.
