Spiral Quick Freezer produced by our company absorbs latest technology from abroad,. It has been improved in mechanical conveying, heat exchanging mechanism and air-blast organization, suitable for nursing food, divided meat and ice cream as well as marine which thickness is less than 30mm.

A spiral air blast freezer has three major components

an endless conveyor belt stacked into a spiral

an evaporator heat exchanger with fans

an insulated chamber to enclose the freezer

spiral freezers are popular because they provide more capacity for same floor area

The endless conveyor belt is made form steel mesh so that air can easily pass through it. The conveyor is self stacking, thus forming a spiral
