QGS Multifunctional strong airflow smashing drying machine

Equipment introduction:

Powerful crushing drier lets the hot air access to the crushing chamber to achieve the objective of drying the materials. The two processes crush and dry are usually complete by two independent operation unit, here we put the two operating unit combined into a device to finish two processes at the same time, it improves efficiency.

Charging device through special design let the wet materials add into the drier. High speed rotating rotor at the bottom of drier passes mechanical energy to the materials making it quickly crushed. The crushed materials increase the contact area with hot air, water is evaporated quickly. The materials after drying and crushing are upward movement by air entrainment, and then through the classification it will leave the drier and be collected.

Drying system characteristics:

(1)Set crushing, drying, and classification as a whole, improve efficiency, product quality is stable.

(2)Control classifier’s rotate speed can get the product with different grain size.

(3)Products after drying can achieve the eventual moisture content under 1%
