1. the Most Advanced Rapier Drive System

The new design of the propeller enables an optimal running speed of the rapiers so to reduce weft stops and increase efficiency at high speed.

Weft transfer with positive rapier as well as negative rapier is a solution to weave all kind of fabrics with the most difficult yarns.

Enable to insert with multi-wefts so to increase weaving efficiency.

2. The Unique Design of the Rapier


As an only machine in the world which is interchangeable between positive and negative rapier, the positive rapier can actively open the yarn clamp when a weft transfers from one tape to another. In comparison with traditional negative rapier, the positive rapier can weave any type of yarns in one fabric, the thickest one and the most delicate one, with more smooth yarn transfer, less mistakes and less weft broken.

3. Direct Dive Motor

Directly controlled by computer, using neither friction nor brakes, no need of slow motion and pick-finding device.

Directly set-up the speed of the machine on the screen, quick start and stop at optimal position, reducing start marks.

Enable to weave with varied speed dependent on different yarns (high speed for normal wefts, lower speed for particular difficult wefts) so to reduce warp stops to increase efficiency.

Depending upon the type of plant and fabric, DD Motor enables to reduce energy consumption by 15% up to 40% in comparison with traditional applications with friction and brakes.

4. Unique Design of the Back-Rest

The design of three pieces of tube for the back-rest is able to detect accurately varying of the warp tension and supply sufficient tension for beatings.

The bigger tube is fixed on the machine frame to bear warp tension without deformation. The movable tube and the tube with sensor have a smaller diameter to reduce touching surface with the warp so to avoid damage the warp.

5. Smallest Shed Opening


The rapier head mounted on the side of tape by the reed which lowers the shed opening effectively, the shed opening is about 27mm, which reduces the warp tension so the warp stops.
The tape is only 6mm wide and moves in the guide hooks so no touches to the lower warps and reduces warp stops.

6. Electronic let-off and take-up

the standard weft density is 5 to 200 ends/cm

two independent servo motors are controlled by a micro-processor, keeping synchronized for the let-off and take-up and keeping constant warp tension whenever running at high speed or slow motion for pick finding.
Enable to set-up the take-up speed during weaving in order to weave with varying weft densities for some special fabrics.
Beside available many kinds of pick finding, depending on different fabrics, one may also make his own pick finding program in order to avoid of start marks due to warp tension and shed position varying.

7. Simple for Set-up


Advanced micro-processor and bigger screen used
Easy to configure several sets of weaving parameters such as machine speed, weft density, warp tension and fabrics patterns. Enable to show error message of machine's stop and weaving efficiency.
Enable to communication with PC or note book PC, read and/or save required information.
