COMPACT FLOUR MILL MACHINERY
1. wheat cleaning machine
We employ one set of versatile cleaner which emerges separating, destoning, scouring and screw conveying into a single whole which can provide clean wheat ready to be wetted.
2. wheat washing machine
Wheat get from versatile cleaner will be washed and cleaned further in this washer&destoner machine. And wetting tank should be made by concrete which will be better for getting optimum moisture condition before milling.
3. milling part
We employ two sets of 6F2240 single roller mill and four sets of drum sieve to grind and grade flour. We can get wheat four in one go.
4. Bag filter
We fix a 36holes bag filter in this line to collect dust generated in the whole process so workshop can be clean enough.
