Product Description

With single machine head and single system (fully inserted needle-board), this series of machines are fully automatic computerized flat knitters without bottom plates. Adopting digital technology, they are capable of conducting various knitting functions such as needle turning, meshing, hole making, jacquard and explicit needle withdrawal, etc. As well as other regular pattern knitting, capable of knitting basic knitting textures (4 flat, single face, etc. ) multi-color irregular jacquard, pattern twisting, etc. It is suitable for knitting garments, scarves, hats and other garment accessories out of yarns, spun silk, synthetic fibers, wools, acrylic, blended yarn, etc.
Touch screen
Adopting industrial LCD, the display is capable of the showing pictures with colors, displaying number of the pieces, knitting time, speed, roller mesh numbers, yarn nozzle, etc. Which can be adjusted any time during the operation of machine, this saves the time and brings ultimate convenience to the operation, making it possible for the operators to take care of the fabrics and put in directives to the machines at the same time, thus the modification to the working parameters and change of the patterns becomes easily done on the machine.
Probe alarming device

Rollers
