• Our single cloth hanger spinning beam ,which is manufactured completely by CAD/CAM, no corner left. Different kinds of products can be changed easily within a short time. Filament is distributed n a good uniformity along with the whole width.
• Stainless steel mirror complete plate is used as the iner surface of stretching channel. Filament can pass through it easily without damage of its distribution.Width of up and down sretching parts is adjustable.
• Meltblown part is movable up and down to adjust process. It ca alsobe moved at offline place, i order to operate easily and transit for each part.
• Spin pack of meltblown system is a integrated whole part.This system can guarantee time of changing saved 80% compare with raition method. It's easy for operation and good for economic benefit.
• Meltblown spinning under low pressure, low energy consumption, simple strucure and easy for operation.
• Conveyor uses structure which is suitable for high speed production, as well as anti-static belt, pre-pressing roller and holding roller are controlled by inverter in order to guarantee uniformity of filament web.
• AC inverter, digital synchronized control system , has reached advanced level in the world . The whole production line is controlld automatically, it' good for production management to use M/M interface. Its performance also becomes stable.
