SHJ-75B twin screw extruder

Machine configuration
A SHJ-75B twin-screw extruder, length-diameter ratio 40:1; power of the main motor (AC): 132KW (Siemens).
1. SHJ-75 twin-screw metering feeder.
1) Feeding motor is an AC motor, main feeding motor power: 1.5KW.
2) Regulating system is Siemens inverter.
3) Reduction ratio: 17:1
4) The motor and reduction machine are straightly connected. The feeders with horizontal agitator can steadily feed and not to be bridge formatted. Both the feeder and hopper are stream-lined. Thus, it is easier to feed and wipe.

2. Gearbox
1) Reduction factor: 3:1
2) Output shaft rotation speed: MAX500RPM
3) Input shaft rotation speed: MAX1500RPM
4) The compact host machine features integrated speed reduction and torque transfer with a design of parallel three axles. SKF bearings are used in reducer, torque transfer device and as the radial bearing in the output shaft.

3. Lubrication oil cooling system
1) Motor of oil pump: 0.55 KW
2) Lubrication oil model: Hai brand 6402 made in Shanghai, medium load gear oil, model: 85W/90GL-4.
3) Condenser model: SL-411
4) Lube oil pump model: NB-B16

4. Motor of host machine
1) Motor of host machine (AC motor): 132KW (Siemens)
2) Motor speed (MAX): 1500RPM

5. Screw
1) Screw diameter: 71mm
2) L/D: 40:1
3) Screw with modular structure
4) The screw core shaft is made of 40CrNiMoA, and the screw thread components connect with the core shaft in an involute curve, which features high intensity, large load and easy disassembly and assembly.
5) The screw components are made of high quality high speed tool steel, W6MO5Cr4V2, which receives heat treatment with vacuum hardening at high temperature.
6) Whole hardness: HRC58~64

6. Charging barrel
1) The barrel body uses water-cooling and is made of #45 steel, which is lined with alloy bush, barrel length: L=290mm/section, 10 sections in total.
2) The first cylinder is used for feeding materials barrel, 9th cylinder for vacuum barrel, the 10th cylinder for extrusion.
3) The other cylinders are of closed mouth type.

9. Soft water circulation system
1) The barrel uses soft water cooling.
2) The soft water tank separates with the body, which facilitates cleaning and service.
3) Electromagnetic valve imported from Denmark (DANFOSS).
4) Water pipe is copper pipes coated with chrome.
5) Cooling method: water cooling.
6) Water cooling pump: 0.55 KW

10. Screen changer system
Hydraulic screen-changer, cast copper heater; the power of hydraulic station motor: 1.5KW.

11. Auxiliary system for pelletizing
