Shanghai XTG-6 high temperature dyeing machine

Applications:

The machine is suitable to be used to process, such as to bleach, dye, scour and wash, the cloth made of all kinds of natural and synthetic fibers in either high or normal temperature.

Features:

(1) Adopting the proven techniques of liquid separation and high-speed circulation, the machine has the good bath ratio, which is as low as 1:5~6.

(2) The machine is equipped with the highly-efficient stainless-steel centrifugal pump, owning the feature of the variable frequency speed regulation.

(3) Automatic de-twisting device in the roller.

(4) Multipolar dyeing nozzle.

(5) Highly-efficient heat exchanger supported by the intelligent temperature control system.

(6) Programmable automatic feeding systems of the ingredient and chemical agent.
