Possible to get the high quality surface roughness by sharpened edge at R-center.

CBN(Cubic Boron Nitride) sintered alloy is 3 times harder than Tungsten carbide, second hardest material next to diamond, moreover strong heat-resistant and high thermal conductivity. However less than tough characteristic of CBN often causes chipping of tool edge easily. Accordingly, CBN is recommended for finishing of hard materials with less cutting load on the tool edge, which guarantees extra long tool life.

Existing ball end mill can not process with R-center. However, SFB200 realize the process because it has a flute on R-center. Therfore, SFB200 is possible to get the high quality surface roughness. Also, high quality surface roughness will be maintained for a long time by feature of CBN material.

Surface roughness is Rz 0.079μm after 13hours 37minutes finishing process.

Grind tool with original grinder

We have introduced Rollomatic made in Swiss. (World-first processed machine)

But Rollomatic have been using by many tool manufactures in small diameter market. We developed the original high-precision tool grinder in order to differentiate with competitor.

We have installed the micro scope near the grinder machine for in-process inspection. Our engineer inspect grinded tool after the each process.

Defect to tool is not advanced to next process.

We run the appearance and dimension check both before coating and after coating.

We have an emphasis on inspection of the tool.

To measure of R-accuracy, we have introduced the measuring machine of Walter. We check the all piecesend mills for visual inspection, and we developed the original machine for measure of OD.

Also we were able to achieve automation packing system. So there is not a possibility that we shipdefective products.

There is much possibility that tool is broken due to pack with hand because we have manufactured small diameter end mill. Therefore, we develop the original machine for packing, and pack all tools by automation.

When product tool is shipped from our factory, there is not defective tool.
