1.Brief Introduction

Our Model SS4000 Self-propelled Chip Spreader is used for continuously spreading aggregate in the work of bituminous pavement construction and maintenance.

2.Main Performance Characteristics

1) Large spreading quantity to meet a varety of aggregate spreading requirements;

2) An even spreading work can be realized by controlling of the roller speed and spreading speed proportionally;

3) Continuous spreading work can be realized by controlling of the belt speed and spraying speed proportionally;

4) The auger speed and roller speed is synchronized, which can in favor of material transmission and separation prevention ;

5) Self-locking traction hook can realize the easy connection and disconnection between spreader and tapper during continous spraying;

6)Two independent braking system to facilitate the safety of traveling;

7)The operating force can be greatly reduced by adopting advance clutch to cooperate with gas booster.
