Making production line Flowchart for briquette

I. The process is as follows:
1.Use the wood crusher to crush wood into sawdust;
2.Use the sawdust dryer to take out the moisture of sawdust;
3.Use the Sawdust Forming Machine to press sawdust into stick;
4.Use the wood charcoal bake stove to bake the stick into briquette stick;

If the materials are bigger than 5*5mm (e.g.branch, husk), smaller than 200mm, there is necessary to crush the material into 5*5mm for further processing.

The wood dust dryer

It is suitable for drying materials of moisture 20-35%, like sawdust, rice hull, and milled wheat straw, corn stalks and so on. It takes the advantages of low cost consumption and high efficiency, reducing the moisture to 8-12%. Wet material is input into the hopper. The stove (boiler) generates hot air which mixes with wet materials and then is sucked into the pipes by the exhaust blower (fan) quickly. And then hot air are flowing and going through the curving pipes and buffer(drying chamber) of dryer, thus wet materials is finished to dry, and the dried materials are discharged from the outlet with air lock.
