Sand washing machine introduction

sand washing machine an artificial sand (including natural sand) washing

equipment. Sand washing machine is widely used in gravel pits, mining, building

materials, transportation, chemical industry, water utilities, concrete mixing

stations and other industries in the washing of the material. Sand washing

machine can be divided into two types: GX type and XL type. It can remove the

impurities covered the surface of sand and gravel, while damage to the water

vapor coated the layer of sand to facilitate the dehydration, plays washing

sand cleaning role.

Working Principle:

1. When the sand washing machine is working, after slow down when go through the triangle, decelerator, gear wheel in proper order, the motor will drive the impeller to move slowly.

2. Then the sand is sent into the wash tank through the feeder, in the driven of the impeller, and grinding with each other, the impurity covered onto the sand is eliminated, at the same time, the vapor layer which is on the surface of the sand is also destroyed, so as to dehydrate.

3. At the same time, feed water that forms strong flow, so as to take away the impurity and the foreign matter in low proportion timely, and expelled from the overflow export, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning.

4. The clean sand is taken away by the blade, at last the sand is sent into the outlet tank from the rotary blade, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning.
