1. Comprehensive Description:

This machine is called rotogravure printing press/gravure printing machine/gravure press/Gravure/intaglio printing press. The printing cylinder is made of steel and copper surface layer, by engraving plate.

3. Product Features

1. Based on shaftless drive Technology, total printing unit can be increased or decreased according to customer’s requirement, number of colors can increase or decrease between 1-13, not affect the registration accuracy.

2. Each printing unit can be positive or negative printing, any color combination.

3. Each printing unit have independent control plate, can automatic correct color register error. Double electro-optical detection system can improve detection capabilities and adjust the speed of the machine.

4. Unwinding and rewinding are both double working mechanisms to make the roll material exchange with non-stop.

5. Unwinding and rewinding traction adopt with vector inverter motors and torque motors, and adopt with magnet powder brake and automatic tension control system.

6. Printing pressure roller, traction pressure roller and doctor blade are all pneumatic type.

7. Printing cylinder installation type: shaftless pneumatic.

8. Circulating ink system to maximize ink savings, ensure the printing quality.
