Installationof Rutile Ore Crushing Machine

Preparation before start;

1.Check if proper lubricating oil inside bearing.

2.Check if all fasten part is tight.

4.Check if internal between hammer and bar grate is normal.

5.Rotate rotor by hand to watch its condition.

uFeeding materials after machine in right operation.

uAverage feeding avoid workload increasing suddenly.

uAssemble or change hammer shall make sure the rotor balance. The total weight in each hammer shaft shall equal to the one in opposite side, deviation shall not exceed 100g.
