The brief introduction :

There are the plate inside of the cylinder wall which take the material up and down, and increase the contact surface area between the material and airflow to improve the drying rate and to promote the material forward. Dried product was collected from the bottom of the lower part.

The features :

The rotary dryer is with strong dealing capacity, low fuel consumption, low drying cost. Dryer is charactered with high temperature resistance, and use the high temperature hot wind to make the material rapid drying. Strong scalable capacity, design considerations of the production margin, so even a small increase in production, but also not need to replace the equipment.

The equipment is heart type tug structure, good cooperation between the tug and the rolling ring that greatly reducing the wear and power consumption. The specialized designed catch wheel greatly reduce the horizontal thrust caused from the equipment tilting. Strong anti-overload, cylinder running smoothly, and high reliability.

The scope of using:

1: chemical, mining,metallurgical and other industries,such as ore, slag, coal, metal powder, clay, diatomite, kaolin.

2: Agriculture, feed, fertilizer industries, such as stalks, grass, sawdust, leaves, fish meal, corn, rice, wheat, corn starch sauce, starch slag, vinasse, dregs, pomace, soy sauce residue, bagasse, grass charcoal, organic compound fertilizer, sludge, waste of aquatic products, wastes in the food factories, slaughterhouse waste, organic fertilizer, inorganic fertilizer, phosphate fertilizer ammonium sulfate.

3: For the drying of the powder with special requirements and granular materials. Such as: various crystals, light calcium carbonate, active floridin, magnetic powder, graphite, inorganic slurry, argil, line slurry, mineral slurry, phosphorus slag, red mud from aluminium plant.

4: Materials which request low temperature drying and bulk continuous drying.
