This HEPA/ULPA module consists of metal frame and media pack.The pack uses fine glass fiber media with efficiency 99.9%(H12),99.97%(H13),99.99%(H14) at 0.3μm,99.9995%(U15),99.99995%(U16) or 99.999995%(U17) at 0.1 to 0.2μm particle size,The inlet diameter can be 10"(250mm),12"(300mm) or 14"(350mm).These modules are designed and built in an ISO9001 registered facility.
