Function:

Ring-tread curing press HYLT series are used to manufacture ring tread in preparation for the casing in cold retreading.

Features:

2. Inner and outer chambers make sure steam or oil heating equally on tread rubber to shorten then curing time, approximately 25 minutes per cycle.
3. Eight cylinders around tread rubber. Pressure is as high as 50kg/cm2 to have a much more better wear and puncture characteristic than usual tread rubber.
4. Inner chamber is movable on diameter and has a mechanical locking unit to not only easy put in/out tread rubber but also make sure the safety when curing.
5. Vertical model with a movable core mold is not only easy to put in/out tread rubber but also keeps steel wires from distortion.
6. Tread rubber is with steel wires insides so as to be suitable to move kinds of tyre casing which need not to be strictly selected as usual.
