Raw material could be
Any types of Agro-forestry waste and forest waste can be used for make briquettes Such as maize stalks, soybean stalks, broomcorn stalks, cotton stalks, rape stalks, peanut plants, sunflower stalks, bamboo sawdust, bagasse , wood chips, rice husk, coffee husk, coir pith, jute sticks, groundnut shells, Bamboo, wood, straw dust, Mustard stalk and cotton stalks ,nutshell, coconut shell ,etc

These briquettes are usually as biomass fuel. So the briquettes are widly used in power plants, family heating, BBQ and other industries.

The main structure of mineral briquette production line:

This whole production consists of some flow processes as following: crushing process, drying process, pressing process and packaging process.

1. crushing process:according to your raw material, to ensure the size of raw material is in 5mm size or below. and we will recommend a most suitable for you based on your raw material.
2. drying process:If the moisture of your raw material is more than 15%, you have to use this device. or it will jam the mesh, and then influence the capacity finally.
3. pressing process:in this part, the biomass briquette machine will compress the raw materials powder to produce the final briquettes, through high temperature and high pressure without any binders.
4. packaging process:save the labor cost and reach full automation. and also to store or sell conveniently.
5. carbonization: PLEASE NOTE THAT THE CARBONIZATION NEEDS 48-60 HOURS, and this capacity is considered by batches not hours.

Requirements of the raw materials
1. For using material of two or more types, It should be mixed in suitable form.
2. Size: less than 5mm, if the material cannot achieve the requirement, it should be crush first.
