The whole production line contains three workshops:rice bran pretreatment&expansion workshop, rice bran oil extraction workshop and rice bran oil refining workshop.

1.Craft flow for rice bran expansion workshop

Crude rice bran → cleaning → softening → expanding → drying → to extraction workshop

2.Craft flow for rice bran oil extraction workshop

solvent steam

extraction → mixed oil → evaporation→ steam-stripping → crude oil

3.Craft flow for rice bran oil refining workshop

crude oil → degumming&dephosphorization → deacidification → drying → decolorization → deodorization → defatting → dewaxing → finished oil.

After the receipt of customers notice,we will suggests the method to solve problem within six hours, or send specialist to the site to solve the problem within twenty four hours.
