Application:

The machine is mainly used to process screw thread of rebar ends for architecture projects. It is the key equipment to reliaze rebars parallel thread splicing technology. It can process parallel thread for ribbed rebar φ16mm to φ40mm..

Attention:

1.Operating machine without coolant liquid is forbidden.

2.Coolant liquid must be water solubale solution. Oily liquid and oil is not allowed. coolant liquid should be cleaned every half month.

3.The end of rebar should be flat.

4.The machine need regular maintenance, including cleaning machine, infill the grease, fastening screw, demage parts 5.reparation. The maintence can be processed according to genaral machinery products.

6.The case of machine should connect with ground or zero line.
