Rake vacuum dryer unit is usually a batch vacuum one, which is mainly composed of vacuum paddle dryer, heat sources, vacuum unit and filter. Rake vacuum dryer consists of shell, end plate, agitating shaft, driving unit, rotary joint, supporting part and control systems etc. Wet materials are indirectly heated by the heating-medium (steam heat-conducing oil, etc) via jacket and hollow shaft. The moisture is vented by a vacuum pump. Condenser can be added if solvent needs recovered.
