SIMPLETEC hydraulically operated Quench Presses are designed to press-quench components like bearing races, gear blanks, etc., in closed dies. Quench pressure, time and oil flow can be set precisely. Except loading of components, all other operations are automatic. SIMPLETEC offers Single Station, 2-Station, 3-Station and 4-Staion Hydraulic Quench Presses, having capacity of 20T to 150T (each station) for medium to very heavy components. Pressing force, oil flow, oil temperature, number of components quenched, etc., are dispalyed on a big size HMI. Pick & Place Manipulators for automatic loading of components can also be provided.

SIMPLETEC Quench Presses can be equipped with Secondary Quench System, Refrigerated Chiller Unit (for cooling of quench oil) and Automatic Transfer Lines for transferring components for the subsequent operations.

Fully automatic line can be offered comprising offurnacefor heating the components to the required temperature;quench pressto press quench the components at preset pressure and quench oil flow,secondary quench systemandtempering furnace. Loding of componets to the furnace, transfer of the components to the quench press, removal of the components from the secondary quench system to the tempering furnace and finally transferring the components to the next machine/station, are fully automatic operations, which work with clockwork precision with the help oftransfer linesand simple but fail proofmanipulators.
