Characteristics:

High temperature high pressure bobbin dyeing machine is used at high temperature for dyeing or pretreatment and after-treatment of package yarns made of polyester or blended fibers. It can also be used at normal temperature for dyeing and pretreatment and after-treatment of package yarns made of cotton, hemp, acrylic, wool.

Advanced Feature:

1. Integral type heat exchanger, centrifugal pump and 180^oPlate type reversing arrangement. No external circulation piping. Saving 20% space.

2. Highly efficient energy saving external new type heat exchange.

3. The main pump motor is controlled by frequency inverter and the flow volume can be adjusted sleeplessly to obtain the dyeing synchronization required by technological curves.

4. Unique, stable and reliable reversing arrangement. When the liquid flow is changing its direction the main pump does not stop and this increases the dye, liquors circulation times to raise dyeing quality
