Coal Gasifierdesigned by Hengrui is advanced equipment for producing mixed gas with water and steam as gasifying agent.This machine is applicable for gasifying fuel like coking coal or coke.

working principle of coal gasifier:

Solid fuel can be gasified into combustible gas with vapour medium. Because the vapour medium is mixture, the output is mixed combustible gas which is called mixed gas. Hot gas produced after primary dust removal is conveyed to gas heating furnace nozzle and erupts firing, with the oxygen supply of hot air conveyed from hot air pipe around the furnace, which generated high temperature to heat the furnace and reach the furnaces required heat value.
