Vibrating table:

A. Working principle:

In the using process, the particle can be arrive to the perfect status by adjusting the excitation force of vibrating motor. The vibrating table is mainly used for resin sand, lost foam. Etc. the machine is vibrated by vibrating motor to make the sand to compact and enrich the mould. It can be combined with rollerconveyor to form the flow production line.

2. When the machine leave factory, the excitation force is the rated 50%. If you need increase or decrease the excitation force, you can adjust it according to your requirement.

3. after the vibrating table are used, at the first week, a check for screw is necessary everyday. After the first week, the check could be changed one time every week. If the screw loose. Just fasten it again.
