Description of TZ-808:

1.About the Gluing Unit, firstly feeding the panel, then spreading adhesive( also mean glue) to the panel edge, at the same time the PVC strip following and the pressure wheel to strong stick on the panel edge.

2. About the End Trimming Unit, Afther the panel passed Gluing Unit, it is arriving Cutting Unit.

The Cutting Unit have 2 saw blades. The first saw balde is starting work When the panel touched the first Limit Switch; Same the second saw blade is starting work when the panel continue go and touched the second Limit Switch. So to cut off superfluous PVC strip at the both end and keep the end tidy.

3.About the Fine Trimming Unit, It is to reduce superfluous PVC strip on the up and down of panel. So can have a good effect.

4.About Buffing Unit, It is the following work of Fine Trimming, to deal with the burr on the edging part of panel after Fine Trimming function. And to make the edging more tidy and bright.

Notes: 1. End Trimming Unit and Fine Trimming Unit are using high frequency motor , the motor rotation is 12000rpm.

2. Glue tank, have two style, one is normal, another one is non-stick glue.

3. This machine with small size, but automatic, and very popurlar in many countries.
