(1)PLC+TOUCHED LCD controlled auto solar module laminator. Laminating area size: 2700*2100mm. Capacity:

Heating system includes 1 unit PID controller, 1 pcs heating steel plate with size:
3000*2400*58mm, oil tubes, heat transfer oil, oil heating station with safety
certificate. Max working pemperature:180 degree C, we suggest: working
temperature range,120~150 degree C, at this range, temperature uniformity±1.5°C, temperature control accuracy ±1 °C ( after amending)

Special transfer system, modules can be transferred to the laminating
area frame by frame. This will cause less movement and broken. Broken less than
0.1%.

Cooling fan at the output area can cool the laminated solar modules
with fresh air. This will match the product line especially the sun simulator
for testing the solar module with temperature range 0~80 degree C ( THE SUN
SIMULATOR CAN EMEND AND CALCULATE AUTO MATICALLY to the data as at temperature
25 degree C )

It has password for the operator, through this password, all the
parameters including: tank temperature, heating plate temperature, vacuum time,
lower chamber air charging time, 1^stlaminating time, 2st laminating
time etc, can be set on the touched LCD. And the cycle can be counted
automatically. Both the setting data and the real data can be shown on the
screen. It will cause less broken for laminating in two times not in one time.

Alarm system:

A: It will “NOTICE” if the real temperature
is not more than 120 degree when you want to start the laminating and will alarm if the temperature
is not more than 120 degree when it is laminating.

B: It will alarm if if the real temperature
is 10 degree C higher than setting.

C: It will alarm if the vacuum inside the
lower chamber can not reach the setting data in 2 minutes when vacuum the lower
chamber.

D: It will alarm 1 minute before opening the
cover , in this one minute, you may press “ PAUSE”. This is for placing the
solar module onto the correct area.

E: There is one oil level gauge in the OIL
HEATING STATION. It will alarm if the level is lower than setting , check if
any oil leakage , then add oil, it will not alarm.

Maintenance Notice

A:
It will shown on the screen , you should change the HEAT TRANSFER OIL ( 1 year
1 time, model: Mobil Termia 603 )

B: It
will shown on the screen for you to change the SILICON MEMBRANE and the silicon
slat ( 1 pcs every 1500 cycles) .

C: It will shown on the screen for you to
change the VACUUM PUMP OIL ( every 1500 hours)

model: 2X70) , vacuum speed: 70L/S,real vacuum can be 30~50Pa.

Safety design

A Cover closing alarm. With one unit of light protecting system and wall
protecting system, it will alarm and stop the cover closing if some one go
inside the setting area when the cover is closing.

BOil tubes between the heating plate and the oil station, are packaged
by special cloth to prevent the hurt.

CThe two cylinders for cover opening and closing are lockable, even the
power shut down or pressure air shut off, the cover will not come down
suddenly.

DThere is EME cover opening system. When the laminating is going on, the
cover can be opened even the power is shut off.

EThe machine foot is special designed to prevent earth quake.
