Technology Description

Reverse osmosis system is used to purify water and remove salts and other impurities from tap and brackish water. It is also capable of rejecting bacteria, sugars, proteins, particles, dyes, and other constituents. Based on using one stage Ro system, the second stage reverse osmosis purification offers a higher output water quality. The treated water is widely used in pharmaceutical industry, medical hemodialysis and biomedical industry.

Training and installation

1) Training
We offer a full range of manual instructions and offer video training if necessary. A face-to-face personal training is offered if you send your technicians to our site. The courses include installation, maintenance and the resolves to some problems commonly occurring.
2) After-sale service
We have a professional after-sale team to serve you, solving all problems you come across in the application and maintenance. We accept your inquiries anytime. For the broken spare items, we will offer free if they are under right operation during warranty time. Besides, regular advice will be given to buyers to have a longer life for the equipment.

Warranty

We guarantee the operation and quality of the wholesale set of equipment of 12 months (1 year) from the buyer's inspection and acceptance on. During the warranty period, should any problems/defaults happen on the hard parts, we offer free spare parts. If the malfunctions are caused by misopeartions and force majeure, the buyer should be responsible for all costs related
