LW Series Dry Type Wire Drawing Machine
1. Usage:This Kind of machine ( pulley or OTO type ) is an ideal equipment used to draw steel wire material of high, medium and low carbon steel , as well as copper,alumium and alloy, the machines are applied to drawing wire in the factories and nail, screw and rivet making factories etc.
2. Structure:theequipmentconsists consist of main reduction box ,die casing , wheel frame ,
wire brace and electrical control system . the spinning drawing blocks are driven by JZT or Y series motor ,with gear coupling runs changeful gears to reduce speed. The drawing blocks are vertically fixed in sealed box body , the gear pair are lubricated with oil.
In order to lower residual heat on the surface of the block ,the cooling means is installed in inter-wall of the block.
3. The machine runs with carwl or linkage. the safety halt gear is installed by the position of operation block.
