PTFE needle felt is a kind of fiber with extremely stable chemical properties. The material we use is mainly imported from Teflon of USA or Lenzing from Austria. The advantages of PTFE needle felt are as follows:

1. Fitting for the most vicious working conditions, with extremely long durability, usually life cycle exceed 3 years

2. Absolutely anti acid, alkali and oxidation and hardly combustible

3. Operating temp. continuous: 250 DEG C ; instant: 280 DEG C

4.The only fiber which won’t ageing.

Because of the excellent stable chemical properties under different complicated working conditions, the 100% PTFE needle felt media is usually used in the fields ofchemical, waste incinerator, high temperature liquid filtration and so on.
