Features of Teflon Silicon Adhesive Tape:

1. High temperature resistance, strong anti-corrosion property (by this advantage, it can be used for dyeing)

2. Good anti-stick property on surface (by this, it can be used for demoulding)

3. Good viscosity, long service time. 18N to 22N force is needed to remove a 4cm width belt which is adhered to steel plate. (Coefficient of viscosity can be customized according to different requirements).

Created of pure PTFE, with the added convenience of a silicone adhesive backing for easy positioning and adhesion. While this material lacks the dimensional stability and abrasion resistance of other products, it offers unique advantages:

• Exceptional flexibility and conformity to irregular surfaces.
• Can be elongated up to 300% of its original size,
• Excellent release characteristics consistent with standard PTFE

• Operational stability from -94° to +500°F (-70° to +260°C) with a silicone adhesive
