1. Introduction of Machine

During charcoal-making process, the drying effect determines the quality and production of charcoal.

After dried completely and even, the rods-making machine can able to make rods with high-density and low moisture content. Then subsequent carbonization process will produce high-quality charcoal.

If the drying effect is not good enough, there will appear such phenomenon like loose carbon or carbon with loose structure, low heat value and high ash content.

5.Drying furnace

Application: supplying heat for dryer. The drying furnace is used for drying raw materials and materials are sent to rods-making machine finally.
