Introduction:

This rotary drum dryer machine is a kind of mechanical equipment which uses heat energy to reduce the water content of materials.Industrial drying equipment is mainly used in building materials manufacturing, metallurgy and chemical industry, and cement production industry, etc. to dry mineral slag, limestone, coal powder and clay, etc. If used in combination with our coal gasifier, our dryer can also be used for fine chemical drying. Our industrial dryers are also regularly used in compound fertilizer production lines.

The rotary drum dryer machine is composed of stove, main rotary body,screw conveyor, cyclone separator, airlock, fan and matched pipes which can realize to reduce the moisture from 60% to 10%.

The heat generator combined fan is not included in our quotation, the moisture evaporating capacity of our rotary drum dryer from 250kg per hour to 3000kg per hour.

Component: Air heater with heat-exchanger, rotary-cylinder dryer, centrifugal shedder

Scope:wet materials such as sawdust ,wood chips, wood powder and etc.

Features:

1. Air heating system is able to allow highly efficient removal of water from fresh harvested forage, and the maximum durability of dehydrated forage.

2. Non-pollution to the target materials guarantees minimal loss of their color, favor, and nutritional ingredients;

3. Smoke collector working with the air heating system adopts water-recycled wet- type collecting method, and ensures the exhausted gas to satisfy the environmental protection requirement as well as the lowest water consumption.
