Our PPS needle filter felt is made of the premium polyphenylene sulfide (PPS) fibers which are imported from Toray or Toyobo in Japan, and processed by the stentering and setting machine. Being a kind of excellent high temperature resistant filter media, PPS needle filter felt has the listed specialties:

1.Operating temperature :Continuous 180 degree C; instant200 degree C.

2.Applicable for the working condition which has less than 16% oxygen content (at certain temperature )

3.Fair anti-hydrolysis, acid and alkali corrosion resistant features ( PH ranges from 1 to 14 )

4.Filter rate preferred 1-1.5m/min, so as to reduce the volume of the equipment and save the cost.
