Floating Fish feed pellet mill ---Application:

Our pellet machine is designed to process sawdust, straw, rice husk, bamboo chips, peanut shell, etc into high density biomass pellets with different diameters, which could be widely used in chemistry industry, and the fuel production industry, etc.

Meanwhile, it also can be used to process corn, soybean, bone meal, soya meal, bran into nutritious animal feeds.

Floating Fish feed pellet mill ---Working principle:
The biomass material has been on the die through the feed hopper. The press roller has been driven by principle axis, then press roller has extend the material to the nib, the material has been shaped to the cylindrical pellet in the nib for certain time and would be cut the rotary slicer, then moved to the discharge hole.

Raw material Size:

The length of the material cannot exceed the diameter of the die hole. Please ensure the right size of Raw material, or else, they will easily damage the machine.
Raw materials moisture content:

Usually the final pellets will be much better if the moisture content of the raw material is within 10%-20%
