6) The machine installation

We will give the foundation drawings to buyer after making the order .we will send engineers when buyer gets the machine. The engineers mainly install the machine and train your workers.

7) The covering area of machine:

The machine itself covers 300 square meters (length 20M; Width 15M)

Add raw material stay, carbon black stay, big oil tank zone, workers rest room and simple office. And it at least covers 600-800 square meters.

8) How many workers does it need to operate machine:

4 workers are enough for one set machine.

9) Catalyst formula:

We will supply the catalyst formula after you order the machine; you can buy it at your local.

10) Delivery time:

We will deliver the machine within 15days after we get the advance payment (30% of the total amount).
